1. Prices and services

Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services are given in the provider's presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). The price that is binding for the customer, however, is the price given in the accommodation voucher (voucher). The scope of the contractually agreed services and prices is binding based on the breakdown given in the voucher. In cases it cannot influence (e.g. force majeure), the accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of the stay.

2. Cancellation on the part of the customer

The customer is entitled to cancel their order at any time before they arrive. Cancellation must be made in written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) sent to info@hotelstaraposta.cz. The time of cancelling the stay is determined by the date and time of sending the email. For larger groups cancellation fees may be agreed. The provider will not charge the customer the above-stated cancellation fees if the customer was unable to receive the agreed services for one of the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or customer's family member, serious illness, conscription order, natural disaster. The customer must provide written proof of the circumstances set forth above to the accommodation provider no later than three days after they arise.

3. Deposit

Upon arrival the accommodation provider requires a refundable deposit of CZK 4000 (in cash or blocked on a debit or credit card) to cover any property damage that may occur and to serve as a security deposit for the accommodation provider. The client will personally take over the room on the basis of a handover report and accommodation rules. At the end of the stay the accommodation provider will take over the room and, if everything is in order, return the deposit in full in cash or release the blocked amount on the card.

4. Validity

These terms and conditions and cancellation policy represent an integral part of the accommodation order and voucher.

Reservations and cancellation fees

Reservation options

Online
You can reserve a room online using the reservation form on the Hotel Stará Pošta website, which you can find in the "Reservation" section or on the page of the chosen type of room. Select the date of arrival and departure (only on permitted days), the number of guests for accommodation, and pay by bank transfer.

Telephone or email
You can also contact the Hotel Stará Pošta*** reception desk, which will be happy to make, change or cancel a reservation for you or answer any of your questions. The reception staff is available by telephone or email between 8:00 and 21:00 each day.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is scheduled between 14:00 and 20:00.
Departure should be between 8:00 and 10:00.

Cancellation policy

- cancellation more than 30 days before scheduled arrival has no fee
- 30-21 days has a fee of 30% of the price of the services ordered
- 20-14 days has a fee of 50% of the price of the services ordered
- 13-7 days has a fee of 70% of the price of the services ordered
- 6 days or less has a fee of 100% of the price of the services ordered

Payment options

On confirming the reservation, customers pay a deposit of 50% of the price of the services ordered, with the remainder of the payment due upon arrival in cash or by card. We can also issue an invoice for you to pay; on request we can also issue FKSP invoices.

Personal data protection

Why do we collect information?
Information is collected in order to simplify the reservation process between customer and accommodation provider. It allows us to offer you additional services if you consent to receive such offers and/or improve the process for future use.

For what purpose do we collect information?
- making reservations or providing support during the process
- customers voluntarily subscribing to the newsletter
- statistical use of the system to make potential improvements
- no other use of the information gathered; information is never disclosed to third parties without consent

What access do we guarantee our visitors to the information collected pertaining to them?

The cookies we use on our website fall into two basic categories depending on duration. Rules of Accommodation

Every guest staying in the accommodations must review the accommodation rules and abide by them during their stay.
Guests move around the Filipovice apartment area at their own risk.
All guests must keep the area tidy and clean and conduct themselves appropriately to avoid damage to the buildings including furnishings/equipment and prevent fire.
Accommodation is only available to clients who present an identification card (national ID, driver's license, passport) at the Hotel Stará Pošta reception desk after confirming their reservation.
The client and accommodation provider will sign a handover report on handover of the apartment specifying the furnishings and equipment in the apartment.
Guests must pay for the accommodation in advance by bank transfer or upon arrival at Hotel Stará Pošta by card or cash (Czech crowns).
Smoking in the hotel and individual hotel rooms is strictly prohibited and subject to a fine of CZK 10,000 (smoking is permitted in spots designated by the accommodation provider).
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 6:00 each night.
Clients are liable in full for damage caused in the space provided to them for accommodation and in the common areas of the accommodation facility as well as damage to the furnishings and equipment of the apartment.
Clients must inform the facility operator of any damage immediately upon learning of the damage.
In attic rooms clients must take care to close the Velux brand skylights correctly to prevent water from getting into the room and damaging the furnishings/equipment. In winter (when it snows or snow is on the roof) and in rainy weather opening the skylight windows is strictly prohibited. In the event of negligence clients are required to pay for the damage caused to the furnishings/equipment in full.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00. If a room is not vacated, the client will be charged for another night.
Upon departure the guest must surrender the room keys at the Hotel Stará Pošta reception desk.
In the event of gross or repeated breach of the rules of accommodation, the accommodation provider has the right to terminate the stay without providing a refund.
